We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our monitoring and optimization services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
Service fees are billed according to the plan selected during onboarding. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
All content, technology, algorithms, and methodologies used by monopulseflid.fun are proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of our Service without written permission.
Monopulseflid.fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to our platform and optimization services will be discontinued.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform with at least 14 days notice.
